1) Service

RightWords provides tools to rewrite or generate messages to help users communicate more clearly in sensitive situations.

2) Not professional advice / not a crisis service

RightWords is not a medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice service and is not a crisis or emergency service. If you feel unsafe or at risk of harm, contact local emergency services.

3) User responsibility

You are responsible for how you use outputs from RightWords. Always review generated text before sending. Do not rely on RightWords for decisions requiring professional judgment.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to use RightWords to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm others; submit illegal content; attempt to abuse or overload the service; or circumvent usage limits or access controls. We may restrict access to protect the service and other users.

5) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, including that we do not store message content.

6) Subscriptions and billing (RightWords Plus)

If you purchase RightWords Plus, your subscription renews automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time through Stripe’s customer portal or your receipt link. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7) Availability and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RightWords and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
